We have part-time and full-time direct care positions available.
With our Residential programs, we provide services 24 hours a day. Therefore, we have many shifts available.

All direct care positions are titled Direct Support Worker (DSW) and earn $8.00 per hour. DSW payrate increases to $8.50 per hour after the satisfactory completion of a six-month introductory period.
All positions that are 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits which include:

- 401k Retirement
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
There is no need to apply for a specific location. Just be sure to include all shifts you are able and willing to work and whether you want part time or full time hours. You will be considered for all vacant positions for which you are qualified.
